Terms & Conditions

  • Once sale is completed, no exchange of tickets will be made. No refunds will be made except pursuant to event postponement or cancellation and at Promoter’s discretion.
  • Ticket holders are requested to report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled matches. All are requested to adhere to the timings so that all matches can be smoothly organized causing minimum delays & inconvenience to organizers.
  • On the day of the event a one has to carry a valid photo id (Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Drivers Licence) along with the payment receipt copy of the ticket amount.
  • One should wear proper sports footwear as per the surface of the tennis courts.
  • Consumption of alcohol, chewing of gutkha, pan masala etc & Smoking is strictly prohibited at the venues. TPL can penalize participants for violations.
  • Beverages & Snacks are to be consumed at the areas designated for the same only
  • TPL reserves the right to reschedule matches as deemed fit.
  • TPL reserves the right to cancel any registration of any ticketholder.
  • Right to admission reserved with TPL.
  • TPL will not be responsible for any damage/injury/loss of life caused to anyone.
  • In case of any dispute, decision of TPL will be final & binding and no arguments whatsoever will be entertained
  • Final amendments or Last-minute amendments of the Rules can be done by TPL, the same will be notified to all.
